IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.

After a very difficult year in rescue, I have made the very difficult decision to close. IF you feel that you need to rehome your dog, please be aware that there are NO fosters and will be no kennel options (I am dealing with Simon Barnaby Howie and Arlo. They will take priority over anything else). Any rehoming will be based on you keeping your dog until rehome is possible unless another rescue will take them (which I sincerely doubt at the moment every rescue is suffering at the moment).

There is still the need to provide funds for Simon/Arlo/Howie and Barnaby and the dogs in Romania, so fundraising for them will continue until they are sorted, once I have found another rescue to take on the 3 dogs in Romania the focus is Howie, Simon, and Arlo. And Barnaby if he doesn’t settle in foster to adopt.

I am so very grateful to the core donators who have helped so much over the years and especially 2022. Your support is no mean feat, unfortunately without greater support I can no longer continue, or support dogs being returned as I am personally funding Simon/Arlo and Barnaby. Howie and the dogs in Romania I can just cover about with donations.

On a note for insurance, if you do not have pet insurance (this is not a judgement insurance is your choice), I would however, strongly suggest you take out basic insurance that covers liability insurance. Most pet insurances cover liability.

Please note this is something I have been grappling with for months now and I am heartbroken to announce it.
